Man-woman equality a 'convenient' fact?

A few days back..I was travelling in the bus....and the TCs (they make frequent appearances these days...)....made their way into the bus...and found 4 youths travelling without ticket......who were supposedly travelling together...and they had only 2 tickets to show between them...their argument...they paid for all the 4 tickets...and got only two in return...conductor deliberately/non-deliberately forgot to give them the balance two...


Obviously no one bought their argument...they said...this is your normal trick...u travel in a bunch...sit separately...buy tickets together...and confuse us...conductor was adamant that he gave them 2 tickets 'cos he got money for only two...in the end...after a lot of arguments...they had to pay the fine of rs. 1000...now they may or may not be the culprits...but they were looked down right from the word go...it was obvious that no one was going to believe them in anyway......

Now the TCs moved ahead...and found another lady travelling without ticket...they had the same arguments with the lady..who was time and again telling them...she forgot her pass at office...not home.....and she dont hv enough money now to pay the fine...she had phoned somebody at home..and that somebody will come at the bus stop with the money..mind you...the lady was going to get down at the last stop....so after a lot of discussion between them...one of them remarked..''jane do...madam hai..'....kahan woh ek fine ke liye last stop tak jayenge...''and they let her go just like that....without fine...

Same situation...same so-called crime..and different reactions to it...if it was very annoying to see those 4 people travelling without tickets...it was equally disturbing to see the officials let that woman go...just because she was the woman?

The 'M' factor..

Usain Bolt…there couldn’t be a single soul on this earth who haven’t heard about him…well...in case there are such rare species…he is the fastest man on the earth…world record holder for 100 m dash...he has broken his own record twice...and experts believe...no one can break his current record...quite a man...and he has a unique style of celebrating after each win…he poses like a bolt of lightening for the cameras...hence the name 'THE LIGHTENING BOLT'...

And a few months back…some researchers did a unique study for this man….and his running capability….and come up with the even astounding result….they say if ever there was a 100m race between Bolt and Shinkansen (the Japanese bullet train which was till recently the fastest machine running in this world)…..any guesses who will win…Usain Bolt…yes…man, not the machine...and there's no magic in it...just a logical answer...Bolt when runs achieves his top speed in fraction of seconds after starting the race...while Shinkansen takes a few minutes to achieve its top speed...result...by the time Shinkansen would reach its maximum limit...Bolt would have already crossed the finish line and 100m race would be over...

It was Man who designed the machines in the first place…Man who knew limit of his physical capabilities used his genius mind to compensate for the same…but isnt this a classic case of man winning over the machine?
